Telkom = ????

Been trying to cancel my adsl with this pathetic SP for a week. I keep getting messages saying someone will call me back every second day or so. It’s going in for 2 weeks now and I have to move to fiber, but unfortunately Telkom is holding me back. We moving into a new month and I have to give 30/months notice to cancel, but I want it cancelled end of September. Please sort out your pathetic system you running. I’m tempted to cancel my debit order with them!!!!! Telkom is ????. Please someone call me cause I’m boarder line irate!!!
