TELKOM CYBERTRADE - IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HOLD OF

I am having an issue with the TELKOM service, Cybertrade, which is impossible to get hold of. I want to access other users complaints about this to prove that people have the same problems. I tried to close the account more than a year ago (and I think I said so on Hellopeter) but to no avail. They are still sending me bills, although I discontinued all use of it. Can you help?
