TELKOM CYBERTRADE ANSWER ME!!!

NO-ONE at Telkom Cybertrade internet service ever responds on their helpline or accounts. Does this company actually exist? I suppose they do because we have their satellite system but since July last year I have been trying to cancel our account. There is NO email address for Cybertrade. This is a catch 22 situation. They have sent me a big bill for arrears but I refuse to pay it because I phoned a message to their helpline telling them to cancel, 10 months ago! CYBERTRADE, ARE YOU LISTENING!?
