TELKOM CYBERTRADE

I have had a service called TELKOM CYBERTRADE for many years and all of a sudden it is not working and numerous people that I have called at TELKOM don't even know what I am talking about.

Please could somebody from telkom contact me to get my CYBERTRADE up an running as I am paying for a service I am not receiving.
