TELKOM CYBER CRIME FAILURE

I have been losing Data and do not know why and who has been accessing it. Yesterday I reset my password router and passwords and I'm the only one who knows them, then I bought a once off 1GB yesterday afternoon and hardly used it because the rest of my 20 GB monthly data was finished. This morning the top up was finished again. I had an engagement with Telkom if they could track the device that was using a certain network and they CAN'T. honestly it's disappointing how there's a lack of security for customers and their data and no way of tracking what's going on. Where's all my data going? Why can't Telkom protect their customers with better software. What's the point of using Telkom if you can't really assist your customers in terms of cyber-crime related activities should that be the case?
