Telkom cuts my line while working on neighbour's l

Nearly 3 WEEKS ago Telkom came to fix my neighbours telephone line and in the proses my line was cut off!! I reported it immediately. On Saturday 19 March I was phoned by a technician who said that he will come and fix the line on that day.<br> <br> It is now Wednesday 23 March and the line still is not fixed!!]<br> <br> You can imagine how displeased I am.<br>
