Telkom cut my line for no reason.

Telkom has stopped my phone from making any calls, when I call the customer service (a lady by the name of Thobile Sobta was the consultant assigned to assist). She basically told me that my phone will work sometime in Jan. Today is the 3rd of Jan. I have a phone that doesn’t make calls. I’ve sent a WhatsApp, Twitter DM and Instagram DM. Thobile refused to put me through a manager. Still no resolve. I’m being ignored on all social media.
