Telkom customers service pathetic

Telkom has pathetic customer service. I have cancelled my telkom landline together with my adsl line in November 2017. We have paid the full balance outstanding however from November to date my bill has been escalating with no joy from their customer service. All we get told is that the matter will be escalated further. It's now june 2018 and nothing has been done. I am at my wits end with the disgusting and poor service.
