Telkom customer support non-existent

Still awaiting someone at Telkom to cancel 7 subscriptions that I app**** online 13/8/2018 to cancel.

I was given a reference of AI ********** on 6/9/2018 on Hellopeter that I would be assisted. Still have not received any assistance what so ever.
