TELKOM CUSTOMER SERVICES SUCKS

I wish people that works at telkom Takes their work seriously I have logged a Case by them for ***** but , and i have been on the phone for more than 2 hours they transfer you from this person to the next and when you hopefully get to the right department they pick up and have a wonderful chat with their friends and keep you hanging like a fool . I am so fed up with this , I just want to sort out this **** and they are not helpful at all .

I wish Someone at Telkom can give me a call to sort this out because i have phoned them so Many times and no one knows what is going on . And is not helpful WHO is going to pay for my airtime .
