Telkom customer services pathetic

The most pathetic customer service ever, from 26 August I am almost daily reporting our faulty 10 Meg uncapped broadband and to date a lot of promises, score of case numbers, more messages that it has been resolved without anybody contacting us, so pathetic, stay away!
