Telkom customer services absolutely ****!!!

I Have 2 Routers with Telkom, They have been switched off for a week now and absoloutely nobody can help me after probably 30 phone calls, you hold and talk an average of 30 mins to a "consultant" with absoloutely no outcome!!! Telkom your custome service is the worst i have ever experienced! I wouldnt recomend a soul to you and will never do business with you ever again in the future. Im paying for a service now that im not getting, and you wont refund me aswell for the time i couldnt use your services. This is absoloutely ridiculous!
