Telkom Customer Service Useless

All the support I have given Telkom, they cannot help me when I have a simple issue. I bought data for 1.5GB yesterday and no one seems to know where it is. They claim I used it, how can I use up that much data in less that 5 mins. When I check I only have mid-night data left. I called like 3 times and no one can help me. They sent me a statement I can't even open. Also I received my WiFi statement and suddenly my bill is higher. I still energy to call them about that.
