Telkom customer service the worst !!!!!!!!!

Telkom's customer service is pathetic!!! We have been struggling to get a solution regarding my wife's mobile number that is unable to receive certain calls. We received a reference number(209 891 68) however no joy. The customer service agents refuse to let you speak to a manager and leaves you on hold till you get "Gatvol" and drop the call.
