Telkom customer service sucks

Im appalled with telkom i upgraded my phone with them i was advised that i will be debited cause i had a similar problem with them 2 years ago of them not debiting my account then charging me the reversal feel this time i called them twice before my debit order date to ensure that i will be debited and i was told yes the will debit my account on my debit order date they did not debit my account i called and they requested i send my bank statement to prove that they did not debit in which i sent to Thandile Kondile who advised she was gonna reverse that charge in which she didn't
