Telkom customer service sucks and are a bunch of ****s!!!!!

I am so disgusted in the lies of the agents and managers of Telkom. I was 1 month overdue with my account. I planned on making a double payment. They then took a double debit and suspended my account. I have spoken to 2 agents on 2 separate days after waiting 48 hours. They both promised my account will be activated with 5-24hours. Its been a weeks since they debited my bank account, and I'm still suspended. They lie to customers just to get them of the line. On my 2nd call to them I requested a manager and then i got the same promise which were not fulfilled. Took money and suspended me. I could have paid it cash and wouldn't have had this issue.. I will never advise anyone to take Telkom as a SP. Their service sucks. After my contract is over, I'm so done with this SP.
