Telkom customer service sucks

Hi Telkom How does one get hold of your agents? I am out of data trying to buy more data only to be told that I do not qualify and need to migrate to some broadband. When I tried calling 10231 it redirects me to WhatsApp. How do I loginto WhatsApp without data? Now the Pavillion store in Westville ***) is not taking my calls. Does that mean I have to drive to the mall just to buy data? Can someone sort this out. Again, from getting 3000 minutes a month to getting 500 minutes, how did this happen? I no longer see the need to have a contract with a network that does not care about me.
