Telkom Customer Service Sucks

Telkom is intentionally throttling my internet download speed. i have an unlimited 10Mbs LTE contract which was running fine until about last week when i started to have download speed issues. To download a 5MB email attachment takes 1 hour. this is ridiculous. i have contacted telkom and they are not willing to solve the problem. I cannot pay R899 per month for an internet i cannot use.
