Telkom customer service sucks

I've requested a paid up letter since the 20th Feb 2019 and I still haven't recieved anything. Been given the run around by agents. It went from 2 days, to 3, to 5 and 7, and now apparently a month. I needed that letter urgently and the matter has been escalated on numerous occasions but still nothing came from it.....
