Telkom customer service sucks

I placed a land line order December, I even received a call from Telkom but i realised that nothing was happening. I decided to call Telkom to find out whats up. I spoke to the lady by the name of Nomfundo Ntshangase who is very rude. She tells me she can not find my address, I then asked her to spell the address she put on the system, she told me i know how to spell.

She was very rude, totally unproffessional. Telkom please put people on your customer desks who want to work. As financially unstable as you are you can have people who are chasing your customers away.
