Telkom customer service stinks. Useless

I have had experiences with Telkom but this is the last straw, I was called and offered a data package for the 80G day 80G night, I have called and called the agents put me through department for activation to no avail, the calls eventually gets cut off, several for a simple activation. I have been trying to get my Sim activated from the 27 January. Theses agents are useless, iam aware some are working from home., one put me on hold for 1 hour, then I hear a child's voice then put on hold again, customer care at telkom is the worst experience ever. Totally disappointed...
