Telkom Customer Service (real fiction) vs Unicorn

It truly is a travesty and shocking that Telkom decide to renovate the Gateway store and remove seats for customers who on average must wait between 1-3 hours for service. Elderly, disabled people, pregnant women, women with children all being forced to take turns on the 3 little ottomans provided. Add to this few consultants on duty during what is clearly a peak traffic period. There must be a consumer protection law against the appalling circumstances and client service situation. The staff say there is no such thing as a branch manager so venting helps neither your nerves nor the staff's situation. There is no customer service email or number offered. Simply put the powers that be (or pretend to be while taking such extreme liberties ) at Telkom are taking the p&%$ and having a laugh at every single hard working client's extremely over charged expense. Hello Peter.. Though the probability of finding or sighting a unicorn are probably greater, please help with finding the relevant person(s) and a human warm body that can be engaged on this issue ... Next stop #petition mode #boycott Telkom or take up serious substance abuse to get through the harrowing and nerve splitting exercise called Telkom in store service.
