Telkom customer service rating of zero (0)

Telkom rating = 0 (zero) Inconsistent feedback from consultants. Lack of helpful information. Lack of interest from consultants in following up on pending issues No complaints line available. Consultants do not know what the complaints telephone number or email address is. I just want my query resolved timeously. Completely dissatisfied. I would not recommend them from a customer service point of view.
