Telkom customer service not only sucks - its non existent!

Do not use Telkom as a service provider. I have recently joined and after 2 weeks of trying to reach someone to help me with my account I have received zero response. No call, email, no solutions via online chat, no one has reached out and I'm still waiting. They have also overcharged me based on the amount and deal I signed up for. Frustrated, angry and disappointed. Should've listened to others concerns and complaints. I am sorry I signed up.
