Telkom Customer Service Non-Existent

Enquired about Fibre with promotional team in my residential area,informed said representative will only require service at the end of April as I am currently with another ISP,Telkom however installed said equipment and assured me I would only be billed at the end of April,sadly not the case & now I can't even get an answer after numerous messages to the agent whom I signed up with. #DAMNPOORCUSTOMERSERVICE
