Telkom Customer Service - No Star Review

If I could rate no stars for the online/telephonic customer service of Telkom I would. It is impossible to receive any type of helpful response from the customer service operators. Every number I call, the person is not able to assist me, every email I send the auto reply is your query is being dealt with, but no responses are received. A mere simple task like sorting out an account is not even possible with Telkom Customer Care. It's a pity South African citizens are so reliant on them.
