Telkom Customer service is Useless

I just feel I would like to express this, this morning, people before you take out a telkom cellphone contract or any contract, think twice, they fool you into thinking this is such a great deal and in the end they rob you and take much more money than they should, there customer service agents are absolutely uns****ed, uninformed and uneducated, bad training, Telkom customer services is appaulling and shocking. I have been dealing with an ongoing query which has been caused by no fault of my own but by them and its their fault, I have numerous reference numbers since October 2017 and May 2018 no conclusions and query is still not resolved. I am fed up and I will be exposing them.
