Telkom customer service is the worst

I previously had a contract with Telkom which ended more than 2 years ago and I was put on a month to month. For more than a year I have been requesting for the contract to get terminated as it’s out of contract however no Telkom consults are ever willing to help close it the just call to advertise something so that they get me back on contract which I always refuse. I have not used that Telkom number in close to 2 years nor have I been using any of the benefits I’m being charged for. To date I am waiting for feed back from a consultant I spoke to recently. I am displeased with being obligated to stay on a contract I no longer use because no one at Telkom seems to want to terminate this.
