Telkom customer service is the worst!!!

Customer service sucks. Call center number states you must stay on the call to talk to an agent but opt you with choices. If you don't select anything they cut your call. The chat that is available does not work. The 1 time it did work the stupid agent didn't make the change on my account. Then because the change was not made they sent me threatening messages about payments not receive when they are doing the doing the deduction. so i make a payments and 3 days later they still deduct the d/o amount from my account. s now double payments. i check my app an no payment reflects on my account. not the manual EFT and not the D/O either and for a fine chick they increase my d/o for next month. It's super frustrating not getting proper assistance from them. I regret the day i joined Telkom and on 2 devices!
