Telkom customer service is the worst

I bought a R49,50 internet starter pack bundle which was suppose to be 1.2GB but somehow was given 100MB.I called Telkom to enquire.I called three time.All their assistants were rude to me,the first two referred me to numbers that don't even work.The third one had a nerve to hang up on me,his name is Bonga.So,what does Telkom expect me to do?
