Telkom Customer Service is the best

Last night I contacted Telkom Mobile @ 20:05 pm had to hold until 20:57 for the consultant to answer the call. The lady was working from she gave me the best ever good customer service she was patient with me very apologetic she has experience with telkom products, and she was able to help me make the best choices...I didn't trust her until I dropped the call because she couldn't find the problem after hanging up the call rating her zero I started doing what she was instructing me to do and my phone started to work.

I will be relying on Telkom from now on
