Telkom customer service is shocking!

Hi all. I've been trying to get hold of complaints / enquiries but nothing. I made payment in March 2020 for March. It was deducted from bank account. I get April 2020 statement, and I have been charged for March payment AGAIN and it's even higher then my usual statement. Who can I talk to about this? This is ridiculous!
