Telkom customer service is pathetic

It is with extreme disappointment that I write about Telkom.

I am a pensioner who has been messed around and ********** for R2300 for a wifi router that was sent to me without my acknowledgement.they have suspended my internet saying I'm above the credit limit.i gave taken this Router to Telkom Gateway and they have not been able to pick this up on the system. After numerous calls with no joy they have now informed me that the billing dept has picked this error up and will arrange for the mess to be sorted.I have still no joy.I want this to be resolved immediately as I am tired of being messed around and fooled.We are old people and do not deserve such treatment.i had to make so many calls and waste my airtime for Telkoms mistake and they still have not sort out my problem.I am disgusted and dissatisfied and require them to sort this out asap.
