Telkom customer service is Pathetic!

Ordered a Phone online 12 days ago. I wasted countless Rands phoning the call centre to get an update on the delivery of my device. No updates are provided. I am only told today that there is no stock. This seems to be the status quo, with many complaints from customers. PATHETIC customer care and service.
