Telkom customer service is none existant

<p>Telkom's customer service is totally useless when it comes to resolving issues. I have lodged a connection error 4 weeks ago and have a device that doesn't work. I have had made daily phone calls to your customer service center and get told the same story every day... the case has been escalated to the back office.. 4 weeks now still not resolved yet you still bill me for a product that does not work. HOW CAN I GET THIS RESOLVED PLEASE!!!! No Internet connection and nothing done in iver 4 weeks</p>
