Telkom Customer Service is a Sham!!

Telkom contracts are atrocious! I am Zimasa Fumba, I took a pocket router contract for R99 with Telkom in 2017 December and the contract expired in Dec 2020 but to date they are still deducting monies from my account even though I have been requesting cancelation since December 2019! I eventually opened a case for investigation with one of the Telkom branches and requested that they refund all the monies that they have been debating since I have not been using the eRouter since the expiry of the contract. They NOT RESPONDED OR EVEN CARED TO GIVE ME A CALL! I am tempted to do a lawsuit because if they pull all the recordings they will find that the cancelation was instituted and they failed to implement it. Instead they delete notes on their system that such a cancelation was ever made! WHAT LIES! I been majorly prejudiced by their actions because times are tough! Why am I paying for something I am not using and have requested that it be canceled as required yet they continue to ****** monies! Now they are not attending to my refund request. Telkom disappointed me because I am their long term client yet they are showed no consideration or care. I have been spending my money and airtime in constant calls to them requesting cancelation yet they've made no attempts to even attend to my attempts, instead they keep deducting unauthorized debits! Please assist as I am being victimized by Telkom and their ******** Call Centreville Agents!
