Telkom - customer service from HELL!

I have tried 10 different numbers times to cancel my PRIME VIDEO subscription- but NOBODY at Telkom can help. I'm shunted around, with no one being able to assist. Please assist in sorting out this matter. This saga has been going on for some time. Please HELP. Each month R 79 is deducted from my account - for a service I do not use.
