Telkom Customer Service does not exsists

If you want Customer Service, Telkom is not your Provider. If you have any issues the only help you get is a call center agent with a script. Don't think that you will ever get through the person that can actually resolve your query. And definitely don't think that they can keep you updated. That is not how they do things. You will spend all your airtime to get updated and still get nowhere.
