Telkom customer service disaster...

I'm utterly disappointed with Telkom inability to stick to their promises. Firstly they disconnect my account after it was paid. After clearing that confusion, I was promised that i would up and running in 5 to 24 hours. It's 4 days and I'm still not reconnected and can help me. I really do not understand this kind of service.
