TELKOM CUSTOMER SERVICE DELAY

Telkom is not sending me the contact details of the attorneys they've issued my account to so I can pay it off. I was a full time student for the past 2 years, unemployed. The SIM contract I took I could no longer pay. Now I'm trying to find a job. I've paid the 40% and willing to pay the remaining 60%, but Telkom consultants tell me I must contact the attorneys yet they don't send the details. Plus they all say different information. I just want the attorneys details "they've been sending" since they "can't help" me.
