Telkom Customer service and their Billing method

I called the Telkom service center today and am I so shocked at how i was mistreated as a vulnerable and frustrated customer. I called in wanted to understand why my network was paused as overwhelmed as I was, the consultant that i spoke to was so rude I am so disgusted. I have had so many days where Telkom got me frustrated in the manner of which they operate when it comes to billing, Please I am asking you to avoid taking contracts with Telkom, they are the worst, and i can not wait to part ways with the network.
