Telkom customer service and consultants useless stay away!!!

Telkom is completely useless when it comes to after service. It's takes forever to get hold of them. Secondly when you do get hold or then the useless consultants either drop the call or don't have an idea on how to assist you. Stay far away from telkom even though how tempting they offers are
