Telkom customer service and as a whole is ****

Telkom customer service and telkom as a whole is ****. I have been trying to upgrade from the start of January 2022 and I am still waiting to be upgraded. Today I called telkom and they told me that my contract is canceled from January 2022. They never upgrad me they canceled my contract. Telkom is over **** and they stuff is not trained cause they employees will always tell you that they cant assist you or help you but they are the customer service department.
