Telkom Customer Service

I have been a Telkom customer for many years now. I have been struggling for a MONTH to get hold of any Telkom Agent. I am due for an upgrade and I've been trying to get hold of someone. I have logged queries on the Telkom App for someone to phone me and nothing happens. I have phone many times nothing happens. It shows my query has been resolved and it's not. I logged onto the website portal to process my upgrade and still nothing happens. Why is no one phoning me?! My contract is going to expire then it is absolutely NO USE to me! The struggle is real and there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever!! Disappointed! The customer service number is really useless!
