Telkom customer Service

I recently went to Telkom to do a sim swap from Vodacom. I spoke to a consultant who helped me. Two days later I was upset because my sim swap did not work, I went back to the store she helped me again. She assisted me well, and she attempted to solve my issue. I hope to encounter more people like her because she was eager to assist me and she was efficient in doing so.
