Telkom Customer Service

I am writing this review on behalf of our company - We have had such terrible service with them when contacting their customer services. They can never answer the questions or queries that we have. When we send emails we have to wait forever for a response and it never answers the questions asked, the only time you get a quick response from them is when there are outstanding payments or anything involving money! There are times when we get contacted by up to 3 people on the same query with no resolution - Very bad service! We will be looking at a new service provider for all our online needs.
