Telkom Customer Service!

Since my previous review I wrote of Telkom I still have no feedback! So I decided to go into the store and process my upgrade. After standing in the queue for 2 HOURS a Telkom consultant comes outside and say to us that the Telkom store is going to close in 20 minutes and there was still 3 people in front of me. So I wasted 2 HOURS of my life standing in a damn queue fir nothing... No assistance... No upgrade!! They are veryyy quick to deduct money off your account bit can't deliver customer service! Very very disappointed
