When your Smart Broadband Wifi stops working, you will have hell getting help. There is no phone nr you can call. You have to go to a chat room and wait ages for a consultant to start talking to you. If you loose connection you start all over again. If you are looking for wifi, consider any company but Telkom, the service is very poor and you are going to loose either your money or your temper.
