Telkom - customer service

Absolutely disgusting service. Most rude customer service agent asking me why I want my money back. I have not given permission to Telkom to debit before the last day of the month. I dont understand how it becomes my fault and i have to pay a fee. This is absolutely unacceptable. I spoke to Sinethenba supervisor of accounts. She tells me this has always been the case with Telkom. I am the one paying for this account and no one informed me. I dont advise anyone to use Tellom, most pathetic service and rude customer service agents. I want this cancelled immediately and want my money refunded back into my account!!!
