Telkom Customer Service

Telkom provide the worst customer service I have ever received. Our address has an outstanding fault for the past 2 months going on 3 months. Every time you contact them nothing but platitudes to console angry customers but no follow through. The service we received in the Amanzimtoti Galleria branch was insulting and condescending from a bored consultant that had no interest in serving customers at all. I would encourage anybody looking for telecommunication requirements to look somewhere else. Telkom want your money but have no interest in providing services to end users.
